論壇由國家能源局主辦，主題為邁向能源高質量發展之路，探討全球政治經濟形勢對能源發展的影響、維護能源安全和能源綠色轉型合作。
 
 
 
謝展寰星期四返港。他離港期間，副局長黃淑嫻署任局長。
